Every Qianyou order is made to order and shipped by tracked express courier. Here is exactly what happens after you check out, and where to look at each stage.
Your order, step by step
- Order confirmed – you receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout.
- Production (3-5 business days) – your doll is cast, finished and individually inspected in our Dongguan workshop.
- Dispatch – we email your tracking number the day your order ships.
- Delivery (7-15 business days) – the carrier’s tracking page shows live status until your doll arrives.
Where to find your tracking number
- Email – the dispatch email contains your tracking number and carrier link.
- My Account → Orders – live status for every order you have placed.
If something looks wrong
If your tracking number has not arrived within 7 business days of ordering, or the carrier status has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier the same day.
Two product lines, two timelines: Qianyou companions are made to order (production 3-5 business days, delivery 7-15 business days); MZRAIDOLL items are in stock and leave our own US, EU or China warehouse within 3-7 business days.
