1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
This website is owned and operated by Qijiayu International (Hong Kong) Limited — 香港啟嘉裕國際企業有限公司, with its company office in Hong Kong.
2. Eligibility
This website offers adult products. You may use this website only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and at least 21 years old where required by law.
3. Products and Orders
Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders where an error has occurred before dispatch. Acceptance of your order takes place when you receive our order confirmation email — see the order-confirmation section below.
If you tick the review-invitation consent box at checkout, we will send you one email inviting you to review your order after delivery. You can withdraw this consent at any time via [email protected].
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may include applicable taxes as displayed. Customized products (selected body options and add-ons) are manufactured to order.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse service if you breach these Terms, misuse the website, or are not legally permitted to purchase our products.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be addressed to our customer service; failing resolution within 30 days, they shall be finally resolved by arbitration or the courts of the seller’s principal place of business, unless mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

Stock items vs made-to-order — images and contract
Images. For in-stock warehouse items (e.g. the MZRAIDOLL line), the photographs on the product page show the exact item that ships. For made-to-order items, images are illustrative and the configuration you confirm at checkout applies.
When a contract is formed. Your order becomes a binding contract when you receive our order confirmation email — for made-to-order items, after your production options are confirmed — and not only at dispatch.
