Price Guarantee

Found the same doll cheaper elsewhere? If the other listing is genuine and truly identical, we refund the price difference – or you cancel before dispatch for a full refund. No forms, no fine print games.

1. Our promise

If you find the same product – same model and head, same size, same function set and the same shipping method – at a lower final price in another legitimate store, we refund the price difference. If you have not received your doll yet, you may instead cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Every doll we sell is 100% genuine — Qianyou ships direct from the workshop, MZRAIDOLL ships from our own warehouses – see Why Choose Us.

2. What counts as the same product

• Same doll model and head, same height and body configuration.
• Same selected options and upgrades – both prices must include identical upgrades.
• Same delivery basis: our worldwide shipping is free and fully tracked, so the competitor’s final price must include comparable shipping.
• Like for like: in-stock compared with in-stock, made-to-order compared with made-to-order.

3. What we cannot match

We cannot match counterfeit or replica listings – in this industry, most low-price offers on marketplaces like eBay, AliExpress, Alibaba or DHgate are fakes, and a fake is not the same product. We also cannot match clearance or quality-defect discounts, or limited promotions such as membership credits, review discounts, Black Friday or store-anniversary prices.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] with: the link and final total price of both listings, a short note on why the other store is legitimate, and your name and order number if you have already ordered. A real person replies within 24 hours; once a claim is verified, the difference is refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
