1. Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. The courier label shows a neutral company name, customs paperwork uses a neutral product description, and the billing statement shows a neutral descriptor. Nothing on the outside of the package indicates the contents.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping is free worldwide on every order. Tracked, door-to-door delivery is included in the price you see at checkout – there is no minimum order and no shipping surcharge. Prices include tax where applicable.
3. Production time
Qianyou dolls are made to order; MZRAIDOLL items are in stock and ship from our own US, EU or China warehouse within 3-7 business days. Production takes 3-5 business days, and each doll is individually inspected before it leaves the workshop – material check, articulation check, cosmetic finishing check. The delivery times below are transit times, and they start when your order dispatches.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Total time to your door is the production time (3-5 business days) plus the transit time for your destination.
5. Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order dispatches. You can also follow live status under My Account → Orders, or on the Track Your Order page.
6. Customs and import duties
EU and UK orders are shipped DDP (delivered duties paid) wherever possible. For destinations where import duties apply under local rules, the carrier collects them on delivery. Customs paperwork uses a neutral product description, and prices include tax where applicable.
7. Questions about a shipment
Email [email protected] with your order number – a real person replies within 24 hours. If your order arrived damaged, attach photos of the affected area: see Returns & Refunds.
