Every doll is made to order. Production takes 3-5 business days, followed by delivery in 7-15 business days via express courier. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.
Yes. Your doll ships in a plain, unbranded box with a neutral company name on the label and a neutral descriptor on your invoice. Nothing about the packaging indicates the contents.
Yes – full-silicone dolls are cast in platinum-cured silicone in our Dongguan workshop; hybrid variants use phthalate-free TPE for the body. Supplier material documentation (MSDS sheets) is available on request.
Shipping is free — tracked worldwide delivery is included in every price, door to door.
Unopened orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery – for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns once a doll has been unpacked. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds and Price Guarantee pages.
Every product page has a package selector: Package 1 is the TPE body + TPE head base configuration, Package 2 upgrades to a silicone planted-hair head, Package 3 is a full platinum-silicone body, and Package 4 adds realistic skin texture. Optional functions (heating, vibration & suction, jelly breasts and more) are priced per package directly on the product page.
Silicone is more durable, easier to clean and holds fine skin detail; TPE is softer and lower in cost. Our made-to-order Qianyou line is built mainly on platinum silicone, with phthalate-free TPE in hybrid variants; our in-stock MZRAI warehouse line is TPE. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment provider’s secure checkout. Additional verified payment methods may appear at checkout as they become available.
Prices include tax where applicable. Some destinations may levy import duties according to local rules; if any apply, the carrier collects them on delivery. Our Shipping Policy explains this by region.
