In-Stock, No Wait: US & EU Warehouse Dolls Explained
Not every doll has to be built from scratch. Alongside our made-to-order Qianyou line, MZRAIDOLL companions are already in stock in our own US and EU warehouses. This guide explains the two timelines honestly and helps you decide which one fits you.
Made to order or in stock: the two timelines
Every Qianyou companion is crafted to order — production takes 3-5 business days, followed by delivery in 7-15 business days via express courier. MZRAIDOLL items work differently: they are in stock and leave our own warehouse within 3-7 business days. US-warehouse dolls arrive about 3-7 business days after dispatch; EU-warehouse dolls in 5-7.
Either way, the parcel travels the same: free tracked worldwide delivery, door to door, in a plain unbranded box with a neutral company name on the label.
What is on the shelf right now
The US warehouse currently holds 20 full-body MZRAIDOLL TPE dolls, priced $1,199–$1,299. The EU warehouse — every doll shipping from Poland — holds 59, priced $1,049–$1,199. How to recognize a warehouse doll
- A colored badge under the price on the product page: blue “US Stock” or green “EU Stock”.
- The warehouse named right in the product title (for example, “EU Stock, Ships from Poland”).
- The US warehouse and EU warehouse collections in the shop, which list only in-stock dolls.
EU buyers: the price you see is the price you pay
EU-warehouse dolls are sold at a final price with customs already handled — nothing extra is collected on delivery. Made-to-order dolls shipped across borders follow the normal import rules of your destination; if any duties apply, the carrier collects them on delivery, and our Shipping Policy explains this by region.
Same discretion, same guarantees
Warehouse or made to order, every order ships in a plain, unbranded box — nothing about the packaging indicates the contents. Unopened orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery, and if something is wrong with an arriving order, contact us with photos and your order number within 7 days and we will make it right.
Which one is for you?
