Beginner’s Guide to Choosing a Doll

Choosing a first companion doll comes down to four decisions: height, material, options and budget. This page walks through each one. For deeper reading, our three guides cover materials, skeletons and posing and height, cup size and add-ons.

1. Choose a height you can handle

Our collection spans 140-170 cm. Taller dolls have a stronger lifelike presence; shorter dolls are lighter to move, easier to store and simpler to clean. As a first doll, many buyers prefer the 160-165 cm range as a practical balance, while the 140-159 cm range is lighter to handle and store - there is no wrong choice.

2. Choose your material

Platinum silicone is the premium path: durable, easy to clean, and it holds fine skin detail. Phthalate-free TPE, used in hybrid variants, is noticeably softer to the touch. The material guide compares them side by side.

3. Pick your options

  • Package & material - Package 1/2 pair a TPE body with a TPE or silicone head; Packages 3/4 are full platinum silicone (4 adds skin texture).
  • Functions - heating, vibration & suction, jelly-soft breasts, finger skeleton, standing bolts and more, priced per package on the product page.
  • Second head - many dolls can add an extra head (wig or planted hair) at checkout.
