Every Qijiayu Doll is shaped by dedicated artisan teams at our partner workshops – sculptors, casters and finishers who treat each piece as a one-off commission. Each figure (145-170 cm) is cast in body-safe silicone or TPE, reinforced with an EVO articulated skeleton, and individually inspected before it leaves the workshop.

Inside Our Workshops
Our dolls are crafted in Dongguan, China – the city that makes more than 40% of the world’s companion dolls. Two brands make up our catalogue: Qianyou, made to order for us, with an 8,200 m² facility, 114 staff and 82 production lines, independently verified by TUV; and MZRAIDOLL, whose catalogue we purchase and stock in our own US and EU warehouses. Our made-to-order line is built to a strict discipline: platinum-cured silicone, EVO articulated skeletons, hand-finished detail.
- Digital sculpting – every head and body starts as a 3D sculpture, refined with artist input.
- Platinum-cured casting – platinum-cured silicone poured and cured in dedicated molds.
- Hand-finished makeup – blush, veining and skin tone applied by hand; no two finishes identical.
- Multi-stage QC – skeleton, surface and function checks before discreet packing.
